Welcome to Clearwater
Clearwater was built by Mike Neadow — a land developer who believed Southeast Michigan families deserved a real outdoor escape close to home. He turned this corner of Northern Oakland County into something park-like and special. Christina and Mikie Neadow have carried on that vision since 2001, welcoming new faces and old friends back every season.
We're old-fashioned in the ways that matter: reservations are made by phone, because a real conversation is the best way to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for.
